Being a wife and mama fills my heart with so much love—and it's from that overflowing place that I show up as your doula, sister, and friend.
After having my daughter and experiencing the beautiful support of a doula by my side in the hospital, I was inspired to become a doula myself. That moment opened my eyes to birth as something sacred and that deserves to be honored and held with reverence.
Since then, I've dedicated myself to this calling. I'm trained as a Holistic Doula through the Matrona, a Community Birth and Postpartum Attendant through Our Earth, and a Breastfeeding Specialist through LER. My approach honors the whole person (body, soul, and spirit) and respects your family's unique culture, traditions, and story.
It's my deepest honor to offer gentle guidance and hold loving space for you during this sacred journey.

Hi, I’m Tiffany
I have been there for my loved ones during their birthing journey since the 1980's. Before I even knew what a doula was I was holding space and witnessing the transformative power of birth. In 2022 I became a Certified Doula (CD) through DONA International. I am now a Community Birth and Postpartum Attendant (CBPA) through Our Earth.
I've spent most of my life in Albuquerque and my family means everything to me. I am a proud parent of four adult children and three amazing grandchildren. My personal experiences have greatly influenced my approach to doula care, which is all about love, understanding, and unwavering support. I am passionate about creating a positive and empowering birth experience for every family.

OUR Belief
We believe it takes a village to nourish entire families into wholeness—not just to help them survive transformation, but to see them thrive within it. Each soul crosses into new territory, each deserving witnessing and understanding.
This is why we walk with families through all four trimesters—the three of anticipation and the fourth when real life begins. When a baby is born, an entire family is reborn. Each member learns new rhythms, new roles, new ways of loving. True family support means seeing the whole ecosystem, not separate pieces needing separate fixes. It takes wisdom to meet each person where they are. It takes love to hold space for everyone's becoming.
We are here for the complete journey both the victories and meltdowns, the breakthroughs and breaking open, the clarity and confusion. Every family deserves a village that sees their magnificence, not just their struggles, that believes in their flourishing, not just their survival. We refuse to let families transform alone. We refuse partial support when whole families are being remade.
This is our calling. This is our joy. This is how love becomes revolution when holding one means holding all, when healing happens in true community.
